Pre-Registration for Karst-O-Rama 2026 is now open!

KOR is open to cavers and NSS members, as well as friends or family members they sponsor for the event. Come join the fun. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at registration@karstorama.com.

Your registration includes entry to the event and camping fees for Friday and Saturday night. If you want to arrive a day early or staty a day extra, you can purchase additional nights' camping passes. There's also the option to purchase a reserved camping spot at an electric site. Electric sites are extremely limited. Pre-register early to ensure you can get one.

Some merch is limited. Pre-registering is the way to guarantee you get what you want! Additionally, the entry fee to the event is $10.00 less per person during pre-registration than on-site.

• Air conditioners are NOT allowed. Electric sites cannot handle large loads (in excess of 10 amps per site).
• You must be in an approved, designated electric site along the poles to use electric. Long extension cords will not be permitted.

Refund Policy:

Karst-O-Rama Registration is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in its entirety. The determination to cancel Karst-O-Rama shall be at the sole discretion of the Karst-O-Rama Committee.

Karst-O-Rama participant registrations are transferable. In the event that a participant registration is transferred, the transferring registrant must send written notice of request of the transfer via email to registration@karstorama.com no later than 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Such written notice must include: the subject line,“KOR Registration Transfer Request,” the email address used by the transferring registrant, the full name, mailing address, phone number and NSS number of the transferring registration, as well as the full name, address, phone number, email address and NSS number of the individual(s) to whom the registration will be transferred. Karst-O-Rama will not accept registration transfers for KOR 2026 received after 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 10, 2026. In the case of an attempted registration transfer received after 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, such registration transfer will not be honored, and no refund will be given.
